Hi, I'm Victoria and Fire From The Ice is my first foray into experiential blogging. Thanks for coming along on the ride.
When I'm not dancing-at or writing-about a Furthur show, I'm hanging out with my family and working on high-tech marketing projects -- while always planning and plotting when I can go to another show.
My all-time favorite song is Brokedown Palace, closely followed by The Wheel and Lazy River Road.
I wish I could sing, but I just can't, so I leave it up to the professionals. I recently had back surgery, so being able to dance at a show feels like a gift. I'm lucky to be surrounded by great friends and family who appreciate or tolerate my love of Grateful Dead music. I believe it's benificial to teach my daughters that no matter how old or busy you are, it's important to keep doing the things that bring you joy.
